Not that he has a prayer in winning, but I do agree with several of his proposed policies, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legalizing and privatizing gambling (and taxing it)<\/li>\n<li>Legalizing prostitution<\/li>\n<li>Securing the state&#8217;s borders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><i>&#8220;California is the most progressive state in the union, quite unorthodox at times.
