The red line represents 4:3 formats, and the purple line is for 16:9 (widescreen) formats.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Image:Video_Standards.PNG\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/en\/thumb\/e\/e6\/Video_Standards.PNG\/185px-Video_Standards.PNG\" alt=\"Screen Resolutions\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For reference, QVGA is what your iPod can display, XGA is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.useit.com\/alertbox\/screen_resolution.html\">probably<\/a> what your computer is running, WUXGA is what my computers run, and WQXGA sounds like heaven.
