Does anyone know where it came from?  Did it originate with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Johnny-We-Hardly-Knew-Fitzgerald\/dp\/0316630004\/sr=8-1\/qid=1163719911\/ref=sr_1_1\/102-6567179-6374512?ie=UTF8&#038;s=books\">JFK book<\/a> or does it have a deeper history?
