I haven’t finished reading the whole thing (as I, unlike Callahan, actually do work and go to class in law school) but would like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the ladder theory. While I’m not well-grounded in the finer points of the ladder theory, the two points that I wholeheartedly agree with are
1. The woman’s 2-ladder system and ladder-jumping issues, and
2. the hypotenuse/total disparity analysis.
